i have make my first outbound camapaign using pom2.5 but announcement is not launching to the numbers that are on the list i have put the internat extension for testing and it is working fine.

when i see the call details report it is showng not routed as endtype for most of the numbers whom pom tried to call.

If pom is coexisting with Experience Portal.so what url we have to use as application server it is for tomcat or the ip of experience portal.???


it will be very helpful if somebody can help me on it
