Our system is AACC6.2 patch 10, sometimes we lose calls with no reason. The agent is talking with customer and suddenly the connection is lost. it happends a lot of times recently.

Does anybody know what is the cause of this behaviour?
Could you tell me what logs i have to check?

i Know that this is not a SR, but i would like to know if anybody can help me because i have some SR opened with no results.

Hi David,
If this is a live system in your Production then you need to raise a ticket with Avaya Services asap to get investigated by the Product Support Teams.
