Hello Team,
I have a customer which has an inventory management application developed by Avaya which is integrated to ACE environment (ICP for media processing & CS1k for call features).
This inventory management tool is triggering to play a wav file but in ICP logs i see the error message returned. 50% of the calls are getting affected by this. Below is one instance of it.
If someone can guide me as to what could cause this issue, it would be great!
