Hello Team,
I have a customer which has an inventory management application developed by Avaya which is integrated to ACE environment (ICP for media processing & CS1k for call features).
This inventory management tool is triggering to play a wav file but in ICP logs i see the error message returned. 50% of the calls are getting affected by this. Below is one instance of it.
If someone can guide me as to what could cause this issue, it would be great!

Given this is a production issue, please work with Avaya Services to get support for customer issues related to installed products. The DevConnect forums are for application developer support during the development phase of their work.
