Hi,

I would like to know if the agent desktop supports multiple voice work items. After an agent disconnects a call, can he/she receive another voice work item even though the previous work item tab isn't closed?

Yes - the agent can receive another voice work item immediately after the previous call is disconnected. Wrap up times only apply to multimedia contacts.
