Dear DevConnect Users!!

When I tried to press button "start Appl.Session", I got the message below.

"System.Windows.Forms.Button, Text: Start Appl. Session Exception: The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure."

I also installed avaya.crt certificate in forder with dashboard.exe file. I already sucess to operate using 4721 Unencrypted port.

How can I solve this problem?

Have you changed the certificates in the AE Services server you are connecting to? Have you changed any of the security settings on AE Services through the OA&M page? What release of AE Services are you working with?

By default an AE Services server installation has the avaya.crt installed, and if you have double clicked on avaya.crt and followed the installation wizard on the windows client system (where you are running the DMCC Dashboard), the two should sync up nicely.

I solved this problem that was installed something wrong certificate. I removed certificate on my desktip version windows 7 and reinstalled avaya.crt certificate.
