I tried to installed and configure AACC web communications function. firstly, i followed document 'External Server SDK RefImpl.docx' and installed jdk-6u7-windows-i586-p.exe, xampp-win32-1.7.2.exe, xampp-tomcat-addon-win32-6.0.20.exe, AACCWebCommsSDKInstall.msi sequentially. no errors happend during installation. however, I always got error 'An Error Occurred
Error Message : Bad version number in .class file (unable to load class com.nortel.applications.ccmm.ci.webservices.CIUtilityWs)', I don't know why. jre version is as same as document required.
Could you give me some help for this? Thank you anyway.

There may be some errors during install which can be mainly ignored. Were you able to load the Web Comms Sample web page?

There is an error message from sample application while tried to connect to Agent.

The error message is "Unable to get Session Key"

I would recommend that you raise a DevConnect Support Ticket for more assistance or else re-install.

BTW - This Forum is for RTD, RSM & HDX SDK issues only.
