When we are trying to register a station using DMCC, we are unable to "Get Device Id".
We are getting ResourceBusy response from AES. we could not further proceed to register the station.
As we verified that station in AdminConsole, it shows as in "IDLE" mode.
Once we terminate that device(station), we are able to register that station using DMCC.

Once in a while some stations get into "IDLE" state and we are unable to register and use that station afterwards.
We have to terminate it manually to register it again.

Can we know the rootcause behind this station's IDLE state and its solution in detail please.

What is the "AdminConsole" you are referring to? How are you terminating the device? Are you using Main mode to register the device?
