Hi,
I am doing call transfer from Angel IVR to AACC CCMS based system . When I do transfer, I am using the Landing Pad service to send the intrinsics and call attached data to the Avaya system for screen pops.

How the transferred call and intrinsic data sent via landing pad gets linked? how they know each other? Please assist.

Hello,
If you are using the CCMS Open Networking interface, you specify the destination in the web service call.
Then you direct the call to that destintion in CCMS and the data is attached.

Hi John,
I am sending intrinsics data via landing pad to the CDN or particular skillset and I am also doing direct call transfer to the same CDN configured in PBX. If multiple calls transferred to the same CDN concurrently, how the intrinsics data sent via Landing Pad know to which transferred call it has to attach? Is there any unique identifier to map both call and intrinsic data?

Please assist.

There is a timer started when you invoke the web service call (ie the next call arriving within a short time will have the data attached).
