Hi,

I would like to know if there is a way by which in a contact strategy we can import an annoucement file to play to a customer instead of entering text in the notification text.

I beleive entering text as it is uses the TTS?

The pre-recorded prompts (wav files) need to be uploaded using CAV(Configurable Application Variables)while configuring AvayaPOMAnnouncemen on applications page of EPM. The AvayaPOMNotifier app is used for TTS.
