I'm trying to identify the correct interface for accomplishing the following on a AACC environment:
1. Monitor all inbound calls on specific CDN(s)/Application(s)
2. Retrieve/calculate call data (ANI, DNIS, Duration, QTime, HandleTime, disposition, etc)
3. Receive UUI data (data collected from the caller)
4. Identify AgentID/Name that handled the call.
5. Identify (in realtime) when the call completes.

Can the above items be accomplished using Communication Control Toolkit (CCT) .NET?

I have looked into other interfaces but they seem to come up short for what I need.
HDX - Cant identify Agent that handled the call, nor when the call completed (if handled)
Database (ODBC) - Call detail events are only written every 15 minutes - too slow.
RTD/RSM - Didn't receive individual call detail
Meridian Link - Still trying to find more information on this interface.

Again, please let me know if CCT is the correct way to go. Also, let me know if any of my research was incorrect regarding other interfaces. If CCT is the way to go, what additional licenses and software would be required that are not standard in basic AACC installs?

Hello,
That looks about right.
I would advise you to use both CCT and RTD.
RTD for item 2 on the list.
If you need further detail it would be best to log a DevConnect ticket.
Thank you
John
