I am trying to integrate voice portal with avaya aura contact center 6,1 using sample application available on devconnect.Sample applcation is working fine. However ,when i am creating a landing pad cdn on AACC in order to integration work properly , its state always remains "not acquired". Its not clear from the documenation availabe , what exactly needs to be done on AACC or Avaya CM/AES/SES so that landing pad gets acquired.
Please advise !

The CDN Landingpad cannot be acquired if it's not already configured on the switch (CS1K). Also the number must match the exact number in the switch also.

Thanks for the info. The CDN is already configured on CS1K and the number is same. Moreover, we could acquired this CDN as a CDN; not as landing pad.

Can you confirm you are using a CS1K or a CM?

Hi Nissar,
A landingpad is configured the same as a CDN on both CM and CS1k. So if you can acquire it on the CDN tab then it's probably configured correctly.

If you can - can you restart the AACC?
Is this a live system?
