We are looking for a Telephony Server that interfaces between AES through TSAPI and Agent Desktops. We don't want a full CTI, but just a sort of events hub. That hub should offer an API to implement a Agent Desktop for standard functionalities (login, logout, ringing, make / answer call, synchronize agent/extension status, display UUI information...). Due to different constraints we want to avoid agent desktops to connect directly to AES, that's why we need a hub.

Although we don’t need a full CTI with routing, reporting, multichannel capabilities…, it might happen than a CTI vendor can provide just this hub. We have not found any CTI vendor with provide only this capability. All of CTI vendor we know offer a solution with quite capabilities that we don’t need and we can’t not pay.

It is desired a market solution, robust, with high availability and references. Any suggestion about market solutions would be very much appreciated.
