Hello ,

Is there someway to duplicate user profile on CMS without using the ODBC ?

we have a supervisor who have access over 900 VDN and we need to copy that for another user :roll:

If you are referring to CCMS (this is an Avaya Aura CC forum), then it is possible to download this information.
In CCMA under configuration there is a Download option.
