Hi,

Is there a way to add extra monitoring to the AEP/MPP's/ASR/TTS servers, to try to highlight any
issues before they occur?

What specifically are you looking to capture? The VPMS has a large selection of areas to monitor and how fine you want to monitor the data.

We've been having a few issues with our servers recently which have resulted in them getting rebooted in order to get them processing calls again. So if there was a way of monitoring them to see any possible errors, i don't know if there is a way of differentiating between severity of errors, but it would be helpful.
