Hello,
When I start the aesconnector, I'm getting the following errors in my tsapi_trace.txt. what does it mean?


2013-10-29 08:43:10,132 [Thread-16] ERROR Tsapi - Tsapi<init>: com.avaya.jtapi.tsapi.TsapiPlatformException: Property setting "trustStoreLocation=/opt/Apache/apache-tomcat-6.0.35/webapps/aesconnector/WEB-INF/lib/avayaprca.jks " does not specify a normal file.

Douglas, have you following paragraph "Connecting AES connector to AES" in OD User Guide?

Recheck the path. You can also just try a relative path: avayaprca.jks.

If that seems fine, make sure the file hasn't been corrupted.
