is there is any way to detect who ended the call first, the caller [customer] or the receiver [agent] through DMCC or any other API's or CMS

Hi Mahmoud,

Assuming the agent's phone is monitored:

1. If the Agent disconnects, you will get one ConnectionCleared event for the agent.
2. If the Customer disconnects, you will get two ConnectionCleared events - one for the customer and one for the agent.
