Anyone with the the solution for the requirement below?
- Customer calls into the PABX and the routed to the AACC Language selection Call Flow. After that, Customer is routed to the Agent follow by the Agent answering the call. When the Agent place the call on Hold, The Music On Hold source would be played based on the Language Selection done by the Customer.
Please advice if it is possible.
