Hi,

We are seeing this error in an AES log on one of our systems:

10:34:42 ERROR:CRITICAL:TSAPI:TSERVER:ClientHandler.cpp/773 95 SendToClient: Application Callmedia Server (conn 1a IP 10.117.3.100) is not processing messages from its queue. Send to app failed 5 times with send=0, wait=12c, retry=5. This connection will be dropped.


I need to know if possible whether this error message is generated when:

1. The AES receives no response to a message sent to the client
2. The AES receives a "Input queue is full" response from the client

3. Either of the above.

basically #2. however the error is triggered when AE Services receives a particular form of failure from TCP.. not the TSAPI client.

Thanks John could you possibly tell me what TCP failure can trigger this?
