I signed up for a RemoteLab and was granted access today. I have established the VPN connection and all seems good.

I need to download Avaya One-X Communicator in order to continue with my work, but trying to download from http://avaya.com/support requires me to provide a Partner or Customer account. I have a valid DevConnect account, but that seems insufficient.

Any ideas on what I can try next? I'm stuck and looking at a looming deadline for a lucrative opportunity (for both Avaya and our company).

Thank you in advance,
