Hi,
We have the big troubles at the last days.
Ourself Agent Application don't receive the AgentLoggenOnEvent.

Earlier we had next sequence of XML requests, responses and events:
MonitorStart,
MonitorStartResponse,
SnapshotDevice,
SnapshotDeviceResponse,
GetAgentState,
GetAgentStateResponse,
SetAgentState,
SetAgentStateResponse
and AgentLoggedOnEvent!

And now (nothing has changed):
MonitorStart,
MonitorStartResponse,
SnapshotDevice,
SnapshotDeviceResponse,
GetAgentState,
GetAgentStateResponse,
SetAgentState,
CSTAErrorCode. Why???
That's all.
And AgentLoggedOnEvent is absent.

Our 300++ operators in the call center can not work well.

Can you halp me?
Where should I look on the AES Server to find the cause?

Thanks

Hi Nikolay,

It looks like your problem is that your agents cannot login - not that you do not get the AgentLoggenOnEvent.

You can get more information about the cause of the error by enabling the TSAPI traces on the AE Services (as DMCC uses TSAPI for these commands). Instructions are in the Devconnect FAQ "What is the procedure for enabling and accessing the AE Services logs for TSAPI (trace, tracing, g3trace, csta_trace)?".

You will find the TSAPI Programmers Guide, "Avaya MultiVantage Application Enablement Services TSAPI for Avaya Communication Manager Programmer's Reference" useful when interperating the errors.

Martin
