Hello!

Problem description: we monitor some VDN and when the Call happens to be in Hold-state sometimes we miss the Call-finish event. Why? How to overcome this case?

1) are you referring to connection cleared events? That would be how TSAPI informs an application that a party in a call is no longer participating in the call.

2) is it possible that the call was conferenced or transferred and your application does not handle those notifications/events? A conference or transfer could change the call identifier associated with the call, and thus require the application to monitor a different identifier to track that call going forward.
