Hi,

I am trying to implement consult call using JTAPI API.
Using the API CallControlCall.consult(TerminalConnection, destination Number).

When the destination number is an internal extension it is working fine. but when destination number is an external number consult call does not work.

What could be the reason for external number not working?

I am able to dial both external and internal number normally with no issues when doing a new call from JTAPI.

What error do you see when you do a 'list trace station nnn' on the Communication Manager?

Follow the instructions in the Devconnct FAQ "What is the procedure for enabling and accessing the AE Services logs for TSAPI (trace, tracing, g3trace, csta_trace)?" to enable the TSAPI traces on the AE Services What error do they show?
