Is there an API available via the java dmcc sdk which will provide:

1. total available dmcc license count
2. total used license count
3. number of licenses used per service provider which i have initialized?

I've looked around but couldn't find anything obvious.

no. the first two are answered only through the AE Services web interface for DMCC_DMC licenses. If you are using IP_API_A licenses from Communication Manager you must look at the SAT: "display system-parameters customer-options" and be aware that there are multiple different applications that can consume that license type.

Getting at an answer for #3 can approached through the web interface to AE Services, but a lot of manual counting must be done and a definitive answer can not be reached.

There are other licenses that can be consumed by DMCC: TSAPI, IP_STATION and STAtion licenses as well. TSAPI can be counted through AE Services web interface. IP_STATION and STAtion are presented by the SAT, but those are combined with the consumption by other application types (e.g. desk phones and softphones).
