We don't receive any agent events in our application (DMCC Java SDK).
In AES log there is a message: FINE: Need to filter AgentStatusEvents because the client is not authorized to receive these events. Please, what is the problem?

Make sure you start the monitor for the Hunt Group number, not the phone number.

Also, please note that third party applications can only receive Agent Login and Agent Login events. They cannot receive any of the other events - Agent Busy, Agent Working etc.
