i am implementing SFDC CTI adapter to Avaya AES currently.
most of the client works fine but some user receives C++ runtime error (1 out of 10) when they are using non-admin account to login windows.
The error disappear when they use the admin account to login.
In the cti_connect.log file i found CCTIAppExchange::CreateOfficeToolkit: Failed to create OfficeToolkit.
i have tried to re-register the dll (in the admin a/c) as SFDC suggest, but the problem still exist.
any suggestion?

CreateOfficeToolkit is not something that belongs to the Telephony or SMS web service. Is this an IP Office application?
