Good day!

We have managed to use CCT .Net SDK to process Voice contacts. Also we've planned to process e-mail contacts, but encounterred some problems.
We're trying to get new contact signalization through CCT, and process it via CCMM Open Interfaces SDK.

When Contact's connection transits to the Routing state we call Alert method on IConnection object.
After that we call ITerminalConnection Answer method to answer this connection. Call to this nethod returns successfully, ITerminalConnection state changes successfully, but contact status in CCMM remains "New", not "Opened" so we couldn't do any processing.

Maybe we're doing something wrong or we must use another SDK to change e-mail Contact status?

Hello,
No - you are right.
It is not possible to change an email status from New to Open using the CCMM web services.
This can only be done using the Avaya Aura Agent Desktop.

Is there any way (other than using AAAD) to process e-mail (and maybe SMS) messages, naybe using another (fee-based) SDK, not CCMM.
Or it is internal AAAD feature that cannot be exposed to 3rd party developers?

Unfortunately no, the only way would be to use AAAD.
The interface used by AAAD to accomplish this is proprietary.
