we need to empty contact list twice a day. not manually, but automatically. There is a method in POM web service that deletes a record from the contact list (DeleteContactFromList). The problem is that we have about 2000 records or more that have to be deleted in a time period not more than 15 minutes so deleting one by one could be problematic. While the "empty contact list" button does it immediately, we do not have a remote access to the system to perform this task twice a day. we need another solution.
Is there any other WS method that empties a contact list?

Although this is an older post, I wanted to provide some feedback.
There is now a WS that can empty the contact list. Another WS option is to exclude (Mark Uncallable) contacts and then empty the list at a later time. Marking Uncallable can be done on an individual basis or by importing a list of contacts that you want excluded.
