I user webservice http://*****/axis/services/TelephonyService
and call method answerAlertingCall

can i get phone number of caller in this method, if not ? there is any other method or webservice can i use for this action?

The telephony web services do not provide events. Thus there is no mechanism for them to provide information (e.g.. calling party) to an application. To gain access to events you would need to switch to one of the AE Services SDKs, DMCC, TSAPI, JTAPI would be recommended path forward.
