Hi All:

We have an Agent Desktop screen pop which we would like certain agents to be able to disable.

I have seen that there is a check box in the "Screen Pops" of the "Intrinsics" tab in the Agent Desktop area which does indeed allow particular Screen Pops to be disabled.

Unfortunately this setting does not get saved when you close the Agent Desktop

This means our agents would need to reset this flag on every restart of the Agent Desktop if they didn't want to see a particular screen pop (which will be a complete pain for them).

Is there a way we can get this flag saved? Or is there any other way of doing what we want (i.e. for a particular Screen Pop to NOT be shown for particular agents.)

Please let me know.
