Hello,

For one of our customer who installed our Voice recording system wish to upgrade thier AES server from 4.0 to the latest version. They would like to know if there is any additional licenses required for this upgrade. In the devconnect website i could see a link to download AES server latest image, Is it possible to upgrade AES 4.0 to the latest version without any additional licenses. The existing TSAPI and DMCC licenses and all other licenses in the AES 4.0 ,will it be automatically migrated in the new version also?

Hi Abdul,

Your customer should talk with their Business Partner about this. They are the experts.

As far as I know, the TSAPI licenses should be OK. DMCC licensing has changed since 4.0 so there might possibly be an issue with these if they are upgrading to a 6.x AE Service. The Business Partner should be able to clarify matters.
