Hi,

I wanted to test cct lite webcontrol activex control, but while accessing the default page(after keepin it into IIS7), activeX is not visible.

Please suggest to resolve this issue.

Hello,
You can log a ticket using the Technical Support link under Developer Resources on the web page once you login with your credentials at www.avaya.com/devconnect.
Note there are different levels of support.
Tier 1 and 2 support is free to registered users, whilst enhanced technical support (Tier 1 - 4) is available to those members who are either support-enabled or Technology Partner.
Enhanced membership options are pay-for services.
Tier 1 and 2 support would cover basic support such as identifying product documentation or reference materials.
