Do MPP3-4 have problems connecting to the application server?
Do you see any errors on the application server for MPP3/4 that may indicate any errors?
If you compare the URLs between MPP1/2 with MPP3/4 do you see any differences.

Since MPP1/2 work with the application, I suspect it's either a connectivity problem for MPP3/4 or the request has some invalid data which is causing the application server to return data that's not valid.

Hi

Thank you for reply.

the URLs between MPP1/2 with MPP3/4 has no any differences.

I will check the App log.

What is suspect it's either a connectivity problem for MPP3/4 ?

Could you give me guide to check it ?

THank you.

Log into your MPP3/4 machines and make sure you can ping the application server.
