I would like to develop a new client desktop (web application) for Avaya Elite/EMC.
I'm unable to understand the required components.

1. Is the only way is to communicate with the MEdia Proxy that is installed on the client PC?
2. Where do I get a developer guide for this Media Proxy?
3. Can I use AES (jtapi) in order to implement this, instead of Media Proxy?
4. If yes, where can I find developer guide to AES+EMC integration?
