Subject: How to import Customer Database to AACC?

Hi All,

The customer used salesforce before we had installed AACC. Now the customer want to use the Multimedia functionality, but they don't want to create all customers in the AACC DB again. Is there the way to import customer DB into the AACC database or the best way the integration salesforce DB with the AACC?

Hi,

I have found the Cache web service http://<aacc_server_name>/csp/multimedia/ws.Customer.cls which (as I think) uses the AAAD when we create/search/update/delete the customer.
Anybody tryed this webservice or another Cache web services? I want to use it in the OD but I can't insert it in DIW.

Using Cache web services directly is not supported on AACC.

Hello,
You can import external contacts in to AACC using the Outbound Campaign Management Tool which is installed as part of AACC.
