Subject: RTD Crashed with over 50 agents

We are using the RTD testing application with AACC version 6.3
Found that when number of agents logged in over 50, the rtd application will get crashed. If it falls below 50, it is ok.

Is there are limitation of the data size for the RTD?

Hello,
AACC supports up to 100 clients.
If your problem is specific to the application you have running, you would need to log a DevConnect ticket with the associated details.
