Hi,

I would like to know more on Make Predictive Call feature functionality. I know that it originates a phantom call and connects to an available agent in the specified hunt group.
I still need more details on terms of licensing (CM as well as AES) and monitoring the call. Since, there's no station involved how do i monitor this call without adding an observer to a station?

Kindly share some documents.

As far as I know, the most complete of MakePredictiveCall is in "Avaya MultiVantage Application Enablement Services
TSAPI for Avaya Communication Manager Programmer's Reference".

The feature requires an Advanced TSAPI License on the AE Services. I do not think there are any licensing requirements on the Communication Manager.

When you perform a Make Predictive Call, you will receive a MakePredictiveCallResponse. This will contain the callID of the call. You can use this to place a monitor on the call.
