Hi

I would like to know that if the IVR system is AIR Server V.3.
What is the tool that should use for develop the callflow bet. DD V4.1.9 VS IVR Designer V5.3 ?

Which one is better ?

Please suggestion.

I can't really give you an answer as to which is better.
IVR designer is a legacy tool that produces proprietary TAS script (VXML has been dropped from later releases of IVR designer). An app you build with IVRD will not port to Voice Portal if you or your customer ever decide to move to VP.

DD will work for AIR and will also provide the option of being ported to Voice Portal if needed.
