Subject: DD App could not receive DTMF input character "*" in the IR 3.0

Hi

I have problem on the DD app in the IR Server 3.0 that
"DD App could not receive DTMF input character "*" in Menu node". The prompt file show that "invalid input ".

But DD app can receive the DTMF "*" in the Simulation.

Please give me suggestion.

In Menu Node,
Choice , DTMF "1"
Choice , DTMF "2"
Choice , DTMF "*"
Choice , DTMF "#"

This is a bug on the IR platform. You will need to open a support ticket / bug on the IR platform.

Hi

Thank you for your suggestion.

But If I use the IVR Designer to develop the App. (*.TAS)
It can receive the DTMF '*' .

Do you have any suggestion ?

I did not suggest using IR Designer. The problem is with the platform and the handling / processing of dtmf. A menu with a choice of DTMF * works on the Voice Portal platform. I tested that. You should check to see if IR has a patch/fix for this problem.
