Is it possible to run two AES/TSAPI servers in parallel? If so, it there a document that describes the setup and administration?

I've tried the AES Admin guide.

it is unclear what you expect when you say 'in parallel'

You can have two serving two (or more) different applications.
You can have two serving the same application(s).
You can have two operating in a variety of high availability configurations.

As far as documentation, there is a white paper (https://devconnect.avaya.com/public/flink.do?f=/secure/download/AES/6.2/machine-preserving-high-availability-white-paper-for-ae-services-6_2.pdf) covering high availability. The other cases are really just setting up server, twice... different IPs, they would separate CLANs on Communication Manager and separate cti-links on Communication Manager.
