Dear Avaya,

I'm trying to install the TAPI driver for Avaya IP Office obtained from here https://devconnect.avaya.com/public/dyn/d_dyn.jsp?fn=761#downloads

I installed it on Windows 7 64-bit. It installed successfully without any errors, but I can't see the Avaya TAPI driver in the Phone and Modem options in Control Panel.

I can see that IP Office TAPI3 Driver listed in Programs and Features (Remove programs) in Control Panel.

Please help.

Hello,
Can you confirm you are using TAPI 1.0.0.38 driver available in UserCD 4.2.52?
