Hi, again, folks.
Fact is that we're developing an AIC agent client using AIC Java SDK but we need to extend the call control functionality provided by this SDK.
Specifically we need to integrate single-step conference functionality into the agent client app. That functionality cannot be accomplished using AIC Java SDK (you need to succesfully contact the third party before you could complete the conference) and we've thought about getting that done using Single Step Conference request exposed by AES Telephony Web Service.
Setting apart we need some TSAPI Basic licenses in addition to AIC Agent licenses, Do you think we could run into problems (collision and so on) if we take this approach??
