when a node is created a corresponding java file is created. If that node is deleted, the java file is not automatically deleted, creating an orphan file. Is there a way to identify those files so they can be deleted?
I am using OD 6.0 SP3.

"The request returned an error (result_code == 1), Reason : 1 00000000 21cf Transient data conflict detected, please try again"
And after I retry and it's good !

We built a simple popup application to register the device, detect calls etc using DMCC API.

We are having these problems,

1) If a cellular number that has EC500 forwarded to it, tries to call in, it rings and goes into voicemail without the device picking up the call. This is only if the application is running for that extension.

2) When we make an outgoing call with "9" as prefix instead of "91" for outside calls, again the application makes the call but does not seem to detect it (UI does not update because none of the events are triggered).

Can someone please help with this?

I want to modify the agent view sample application.its a visual c++ project . I can open it in visual studio. My concern is if I modify the application using the tsapi SDK for aes 6.3.1 will it work fine in our production environment where we have aes release 5.2.3 server.

as I'm sure you're aware you are changing a field that is of an array type. Each array FID in SMS has a limited capacity (I believe 255 or 256) and thus requires multiple fields to span the whole array. Ie: assignment covers [0-255], assignment_2 covers [256-512], ... Etc. Position represents the index in to the particular field you are referencing.

Thanks for the reply.

I observed that the reporting is enabled when MPP passes some variables [__VPapploggingurl,__VPlogname etc] to the application which enables this logging.

But when i used the MPP VXML scripts to route the call to application, it did not pass those values, because of which it did not try and attempt to write the report logs into the VP.

So in a way it seems that the issue is resolved, since it could not find value in __VPapploggingurl. :)

As far as a CTI application is concerned, in this instance, the call coming to the agent is a brand new call, and the IVR is the calling party in this case. Communication Manager is providing the number. The TSAPI SDK comes with a very useful tool called the TSAPI exerciser. You can use it to place a monitor on the VDN and see how that effects the data coming to the agent application.

Yes I have a VDN which receives the call and transfers it to the voice portal hunt group number. I will try what you have explained. I am wondering from where the agentview application is getting the port number as call id. I can start working only once I get the SDK.
