Hi,

When AES goes down momentarily , IVR app does not connect to the AES server thereafter (for cti) unless the IVR tomcat server is restarted.Is there a configuration or any patch for the cticonnector war file that will restore the connection once AES is back up ?

I am on DD5.1. I don't have the cti logs as the logs are disabled for space reasons.

Can DD 5.1 and OD7.O apps co-exist on the same tomcat server ? Will I need to override any of the jar files in the tomcat lib for OD7 and is that going to affect the dd5.1 apps ?

Hi,
I have been monitoring some active calls on the VP.For some of the calls , ports are held on the VP for long time.For such calls when I look at the application logs, it looks as though call gets hung in between (I am not sure about the caller experience) and after 10 minutes or so the http session gets lost.

Any idea why would a call hang ? Also, why would the port be held on the VP?

Hi,
We are seeing a weird behavior at the start of a call. There's dead air for up 2-3 minutes initially and then prompt starts to play from in between.

Any idea what the issue could be ?

The application seems to pick up as soon as we dial the number as we can enter the dtmf option even when we don't hear the prompt.

Is this issue related to MPP ?

Even if I set the wsop timeout to 15 secs, the exception occurs as though the timeout was set 7 seconds.

Hi,
For some reason the timeout set in the wsop does not seem to take effect.It always waits for 7 sec irrespective of the timeout set.Is there a location where the default timeout is set for Axis ?


For example in the logs below , wsop has a 5 sec timeout but looking at the timestamp, there seems to be wait of 7 seconds.
