The Breeze Client SDK for Windows and MacOS supports Shared control / Phone mode. This allows allows an application created on these platforms to control a SIP endpoint which support AST2 (96x1 and J series phones).
Today client created against Oceana can control remote end points using CTI
We have in the backlog requirements to allow applications to use AES based CTI to control a Application such as the Equinox Client.

Thank you for posting this question.
We have looks at supporting Xamarin at different stages of our development cycle for the Client SDK and the effort to support is considerable as we would have to add a bridge between the iOS and Android frameworks for all the common elements within the CSDK.
So at this time we do not have any plans to support Xamarin as a development platform.
Moving forward from this statement I would like to hear from this developer community to understand if Xamarin is a development platform which is commonly used by this group of developers. So please can you respond to this tread and provide your views.

Thank you for your suggestion to add functionality to the Client SDK. functionality is generally added when we have a internal adopter (Avaya Application) for this capability. In this case we do intend to add a read indicator to the Equinox clients and the Client SDK will of course then support this functionality. This is a candidate feature for our next release. We will be firming up content for this release in August.

In CSDK 3.2 (June 2017) we are targeting support for HTTP signalling in addition to SIP signalling for the Breeze Client SDK Android, iOS, Mac and Windows platforms. This will allow clients created on these platforms and using HTTP signalling to register directly to Equinox Conferencing in a standalone deployment.
