Thanks for your qyuick response and valuable guidance. I feel recorder with trunk side recording with siprec should help me to achive the desired functionality.

I am not just not sure how many recordings will be done as there are 3 call scenarios happening here
Call Leg 1 : When inital caller called the did number routed to SBC->SM->AAEP-> CCXML application
Call Leg 2 : When CCXML application put the initial call on hold, and initiated an outbound call to external call.
Call Leg 2.1: When external number answered the call and initail call Call 1) is joined to call 2. (Conference).

Let me know if you have can guide me here, meanwhile I am also working in creating an internal working lab to replicate this scenario.

I have a requirement to develop a CCXML application which will connect 2 callers, just wanted to check if the conversation can be recorded for the same. Below is the flow of application.
Step 1 : Caller 1 dials to a PSTN number, call is routed to AAEP which triggers a CCXML application.
Step 2 : CCXML application digs into database and search the external phone number mapped against caller 1 phone number. All phone numbers are mapped to an external phone number.
Step 3 : once mapped external phone number is found for the caller, ccxml application dials to that number and conference it with the original caller. There is a sample CCXML application available for the same with basic functionality.

Is there any mechanism using which we can record the conversation between caller 1 and external number. As this is initiated by AAEP I am not able to find a way. As far I am aware, different recorders do only extension based recording (Agent's extension).

I have deployed an IVR application in Tomcat hosted in a Linux box. Application is working fine without any issue, however in catalina.out file I can see few errors related to AAEP URL. I have attached the screenshot of same, request if you can advice on same.

Hi All,
I have a use case where I am using Prompt and collect node for collecting caller DTMF input. All the numeric inputs (0-9) I am able to collect in prompt and collect node, but its not working for * and # inputs. I am using built in grammer "Digits" for the same.

Kindly advice if you have ever encountered any such problem.

I can't use Menu node for this as application node is used for both Speech and DTMF inputs. I have to specify grammer for both speech and DTMF input.

Thanks for sharing details. This will resolve my problem. I haven't tested the same as don't have access to ASR server yet. Will update once deploy the application using 2 grammers (1 for DTMF and other for ASR). Now I am sure it will work.

Thanks for your inputs. I had enabled logs but there were not logs generated for issue with adding AAEP. Seems it generates logs for application access requests coming over http.

You have correctly pointed "Issues with Certificate", we found out that certificates configured over AAEP were with FQDN only (and not with IP Address) in production environment. Earlier we were using IP address while configuring AAEP server in Redirector application, but when we used FQDN it worked fine and server was added.

Hello,
You can try and check Consultation transfer Node. If the transfer is not successfully completed the control is returned back to OD with different error codes. I think you should get error code as 4 for incorrect number. This works in VDN transfer scenario so should work in extension transfer as well. This may help you, let me know if it works for you.

Dear All,
I am trying to deploy & configure Redirector application for one of my customer on linux box. However when I try to add the server (executing setup.sh) at the end it gives me error "The web service request failed (bad user name, password or certificate problem)". I am passing the correct username and password, and not able to identify the exact cause for this error. Also not able to find any log files where detailed description related to this cause can be found.

I am stuck here for next step, kindly advice if you have faced this issue earlier or guide on next troubleshooting steps.

NOTE: when I deploy this war file on my lab windows machine, it works fine and I am able to add the server in Redirector application. On production environment I have also noticed that while deploying the files in tomcat, file permisson of setup.sh is automatically changesd from executable to read only. I have manually changed the file permission again to execute. Additionaly have also ensured that other config files have both read and write permissions for desired user.

I am not aware of cause of this issue as have not faced earlier. But as a suggestion if still no breakthrough is found can you check if you are able to invoke the API using standard Java code (rather than using Avaya OD WS Connector).

I wanted to check if can I configure same Prompt and collect node to collect both Voice input or DTMF Input based on callers convenience. Below is higl level Announcement where I need cto collect caller input (either voice or DTMF)

Please speak "i want to check account balance" or press 1 to check your balance

Please speak "I want to disconnect the call" or press 2 to disconnect the call.

Here caller has flexibility eaither to provide input via voice input or DTMF input.....I am aware that we can create multiple grammers in Prompt and collect node. will it resolve my purpose.

Hello All,
I have came across a requirement where we need to create a dashboard where we can display the phone numbers which are on queue with their wait time.

I have explored ACCS documentations, and came to know that this is not possible as default product features. Only counters (count of calls) can be displayed on dashboard, but not the detail of phone number.

I was reading throgh ACCS RTD and other APIs to check if any custom development can be done to achieve this, however there is no documentation available to understand the details these APIs can provide. Will be help if you can point me to right direction or share some details.
