What target API level do you use?

By default, applications with target API level 24+ don’t trust certificates installed by user on Android 7 and higher. To allow your app to trust user-installed certificates, you need to add custom Network Security Config and link it in your AndroidManifest.xml.

Sample of this changes will be available in SampleApp for 3.1 release.

It looks like API update issue. Please do following:

1) replace file CallActiveFragment.java to attached version
AvayaClientSDK_Android-3.0.0.1-build5\CommunicationPackage\sample\app\src\main\java\com\avaya\sdksampleapp\commpackage\CallActiveFragment.java

2) replace file SDKManager.java to attached version
AvayaClientSDK_Android-3.0.0.1-build5\CommunicationPackage\sample\app\src\main\java\com\avaya\sdksampleapp\commpackage\SDKManager.java

3) rebuild SampleApp

If you mean supporting the renderer in a typical Direct3D window, it was not implemented. But it is generally possible as i know. So you can request a feature if it needed.

Client SDK support for Android starts with ARMv7. There are no plans to support earlier versions. So unfortunately there are no armeabi libs.

I found armeabi-v7a folder. It is placed in jni subfolder in AvayaClientServices.aar file.

For ClientSDK 3.0.0.1 you only need download bootstrap-toggle v2.2.0 by yourself. See
