I have a sample app that is built and it does answer calls. currently, it is simply playing some music from cstore://Sample?ns=Sample&cg=sample

I don't understand how this URI works. Why does it call cstore?

When looking at the Media that is currently loaded on the mediaserver I understand the namespace and content group but how would I call the system prompt "and-eighty-three-cents" when it is located in the mmf\system\default.

Can ED apps play system default values without calling them directly? What about TTS?

yes instances are created but it won't play TTS or URI prompts.

We have the call answering but now the prompt is no playing. We are getting this error

we've got all of that. We can see the SIP alert coming but Breeze does not launch the app assigned. It is silence for a minute or so then the call drops.

is there a document that helps to guide the user on how to setup call intercept from CM to ED and everything in between?

Are there any alternatives to updating the ucastore without having to go through the smgr attributes webpage? can I upload a list of stations directly to an ecc server? I manage over 15000 stations and make updates almost daily for thousands of stations and the attributes page for updating the ucastore is very cumbersome.

yes with no change the certs are not getting loaded into the keystore

ECC is attempting to connect to a callback URL but I am getting an error saying that the CA Issuer can not be verified. I've installed the correct certs using the SMGR Manage Trust Certificate process but that does not appear to load the cert into the ca-bundle.

Any advice or guidance would be appreciated.

Is there any availability to monitor the Breeze environment via snmp? Links to documents and MIB's would be helpful is the option is available.

sync state is still saying "Not Polling"

i'm seeing a message that my sync status is showing as Not Polling in System Manager. How can this be corrected?
