Hi,

We have got a ACCS Business Continuity solution built and when we use CCMA using Managed IP the real time displays are working as expected.

When we use RTDSDK with ACCS Business Continuity fails when using the Managed IP.

Get error that user unable to login error code 60001. If I use the physical IP it logins successfully but not when using Managed IP.

Any Help is greatly appreciated

Thanks for you help. The Trustedcert.properties file was missing from the file structure were the code had been written. In the past we just had the properties file in tomcat/lib but now we have to have it in tomcat/webapps/xxxxx/WEB-INF/lib. has this changed since we moved to AAEP 7.1

Our Application is on a separate server not on EPM. so your saying we should see something on the application server logs. or will we see more logs on epm

I have had a look on the browser on voice portal. but can not see any errors for licenses. Is there another location within Linux for the application logs so I can review and submit to you
