Hello Patrick,
We will provide a fix on that issue in our next release. Please note that the version you are using is quite old and no longer being maintained. Request you to setup your project using SDK provided here in the meanwhile:

Hi Patrick,
From the logs, it seems that you are not using ClientSDK directly but using WebRTCConnect SDK previously known as Oceana WebRTC Voice and Video SDK. Can you please let us know the version that you are using for the library ?

We have a customer requirement where the customer wants to have the local video as a fixed view instead of floating.
Based on the the CSDK code, I see that VideoPlaneLocal is always a floating layout.
My question is can I make the local video layout fixed instead of floating.
I tried the following :

On Android , If I want the remote video full screen in portrait mode, I am not able to do that , the video remains in 16:9 proportion with lot of blank space from top and bottom left empty. If I increase the height to full screen, the video gets cut horizontally on both sides.
The customer wants the video to be seen full screen like Whatsapp or Face time.
Is there any way we can achieve that ?

Hi ,
We have an urgent customer requirement for implementing customer mobile application support audio video calls to agent over AACC on Android and iOS.
There was a thread in the past such mentioned the following. But I'm not clear if there is support officially:
With the latest IX client release( 4.5), Is there a support for calls to AACC video channel from Mobile (Android,iOS)
If so , what would be the call flow/components involved to achieve the same?

I understand for the present supported call flow for (JavaScript) of the Avaya IX™ Client SDK, which goes through AAWG and converts as SIP and routed to AACC via SM.
Details from devconnect portal for Avaya IX Client SDK Release 4.4.0.1:

I am implementing Call statistics over Javascrit CSDK.
I see that following parameters are not mentioned in JSCSDK documentation:
For AudioDetails;
Packetization, Local Jitter, Current and Preffered buffer size, Packet loss,Preemptive Rate , Accelerate Rate, RTPTransport.
Common for Audio and Video Details:
Call Encryption

Hi,
I am working on the Avaya WebRTC project for Oceana. I upgraded the Avaya JSCSDK from 4.2 to 4.5 in the application and have started getting an undefined error for AvayaClientServices.Base.Library.Service.sdk_jQuery undefined when the AvayaClientServices checks for addOnVersionChangedCallback
AvayaClientServices.Base.Library.Service.sdk_jQuery.addOnVersionChangedCallback(function(e) {
A = e
})
Cannot read property 'addOnVersionChangedCallback' of undefined
Please let me know if I am missing something here.
I can see that jQuery is loaded in the browser.

Thank you Ware16 for your prompt response.
We have done the same now where we start the call with setVideoMode to RECEIVE_ONLY. This works in normal scenarios.
However later when the user wants to Unmute and mute himself if we keep toggling between RECEIVE_ONLY and SEND_RECEIVE , then we observed that we stop receiving remote video after 3 to 4 such API calls.
Also as per our understanding there is no API to getReceiveMode so that we can check if application is currently in ReceiveOnly mode and then switch to Send_Receive only once after the first unmute by the Meeting room moderator/caller and then just call the block/unblockVideo API only everytime.

Hi Jeff,
We are calling publishAutomaticPresence and not the manual one.
We do not have a use case in the application where the user can set his presence manually because its not an Equinox kind of application.
We will double confirm on that the user is not logged on to any other client.
We are checking this users presence from a different user using Avaya IX WorkPlace.
we will share logs after some more testing

Thanks for the details. However I am using Javascript CSDK. What is the API there?
I had this logic implemented by myself earlier.I keep an array of contacts which I am adding in a conference call and when a participant actually gets added, I get the corresponding contact object based on the participant.getAddress() function.
participant.getAddress returned extension previously, Now it started returning email address. So for now I have both logics in place.

Hi,
When I add a participant to Conference call, I want to get the contact object of the participant.
For this I used the method
1. getBestContactMatch() :It always returns undefined
2. getAllPossibleContactMatches(): Always returns an empty array for the contact matches for all levels.
Can someone please help what am I missing here?
