Hi POM team,
I would like to ask your help with getting completion code name by id via POM Agent API WS.
In case of a campaign after each contact I can get the contact data with GetContactDataFromList method.
The response will contain the completion code id.
I need the name of the completion code and not the id.
I can see that there is a GetAllCompletionCodesForCampaign method which can return all of the completion codes by job id.
But I can see that the response contains a list.
I suppose it is a list of completion code names and not a map with completion code id and name pairs.
Is that right?
If yes, how could I get the completion code name by id via POM Agent API WS?

Dear ED team,
it seems that the instance flow task coloring fails some times.
I can see nodes/task which are not colored even if it is clear that the flow went through on those nodes/tasks.
It happens with more flows quite offen.
I also can see this kind of log blocks in the ED logs:

You can find plenty from this in the attached log file.
The main issue with this is that if the coloring is not consistent then it makes debug impossible.

Hi Rajesh,
I just tested it and it does not even care about the termination key.
I set digits for 4 and termination key for # and
the Play & Collect is not waiting me to push # at all,
when I push the 4 digits the workflow is going forward withouth termination key.
:(

Dear ED team,
I would like to ask you whether it is possible to have a Play & Collect which is able to collect 5,6 or 7 digits long input until caller push #.
I put a Play & Collect into my workflow:
- without setting Number of digits (because I can get 5,6 or 7 digit long input)
- but setting the Termination key as #
- but this is not valid unfortunatelly.
What can I do in this case?

Hi Rajesh,
is that possible that it is working in your latest not-released version but it is not working in Version 3.2.0.1.00013?
I just asked this because we were facing another 2 issues which are known issues, fixed, but not released yet and we are going to get a patch with these today or tomorrow (discussed with Prakash Natarajan).
If this is another known-fixed-not-released-yet issue than I would ask the patch with this fix as well from the ED team.

Dear ED team,
I am facing with this issue again and again, it happened in front of the customer plenty of times during a DEMO session:
- if any of the task has some boundary event (at on of the corner of the task as a Mickey Mouse ear)
- even if I click clearly on the Boundary Event I have to try it at least 4-5 times to open the Boundary Event Properties Pop Up and not the Task Properties Pop Up
It is a tiny little thing but can be pretty awkward during customer DEMO.
Are you planning to fix this in the next release?

Dear ED team,
I would like to ask your help with the following configuration of Play & Collect:
- Plays announcement - "Choose 1,2 or 3 or wait for agent" - done
- Wait for 1 digit from the caller - done
- if I set the Timeout attribute of Play & Collect (5 sec) - if the caller does not push any button for 5 sec that cause the following:
* caller can push anything after the 5 sec nothing will happen
* the workflow stops there and never will go on
I would expect in this case the flow goes on and the Play&Collect OutputSchema:digits would be empty.

I would like to know whether it is possible to save the whole folder structure with all of the workflows under the ED root to somewhere else (same way as the workflow export saves the workflow xml) with one movement?
E.g.: It would be good in case of a resinstall or so.

actually I was curious about how to make it in the same style.
I got the requirement and I know how to put icon on it in general but I wanted a same style icon :)
But I understood that I can not have that. (At least I don't think that we will ask UX team to do that)

Hi,
here you can find the logs.
During upload I did not see any new rows in the log.
During deployment I got this NullPointerException.
Dynamic Task was compiled with Java 7.

in case of having more than one people who is working on the same workflow how we can merge our versions quickly and cleanly?
I can see that copying flow parts from one flow to the other is not so easy.
What is the workaround here?
